NodGames is a game controller that was built during the Sound and Music Computing Summer School on 7th-11th of July at University of Copenhagen. The study case was built with a team for Sennheiser for turning their heaphones into an interactive audio device.
With the team we designed a model Sennheiser headphone controller for tracking head related movement for game purposes. A jungle game targeted to children was implemented as a demo. Into the headphone a chip was installed and a receiver inserted to the laptop that was detecting the sensor movements with Pure Data audio tool. Pure Data code was created as the jungle game to control the sound from the sensor of the chip.
